Aurora

Aurora Aksnes is a Norwegian singer and songwriter from Norway. Her birthplace was in Stavanger on the 15th of June 1996 and professionally known as Aurora. Her name can be spelled as AURORA. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves has been released by Decca Records and was well received by music blogs. Half the World Away, by the Oasis band for John Lewis Christmas advertisements and Nature Boy by Nat King Cole are just two of the artist's high-profile recordings. Katy Perry's endorsement of the song Runaway on her blog added to the musician's appreciation. It was her birthday celebration. Aurora Aksnes' earliest musical memory is of finding an instrument hidden in her attic, and becoming fascinated with the sound it made. Jan Oystein Aksnes was her father. They encouraged her not to do music just to have fun or as a means of growing, but that she should take it seriously. They advised her to compose. Her sources include noted authors Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan in addition to her affinity with Bjork's style. She decided to start performing the songs she wrote publicly after her mother suggested that they might help others not gain acclaim for her work but to make those around them see their own importance and how they could impact the world. The piano was her first instrument when she was six, and she started creating music after turning nine. This was not known to her family members until she was fourteen. Aurora wasn't a childhood dream. The only thing she loves is to compose music. Music is her preferred method to feel anything.
